Our Residents’ Testimonials

“Our home was too large so decided to downsize. Lions Village was a perfect choice because of the locality due to walking distances to facilities like the medical centre, shops and proximity to beaches.

The idea of a smaller village appealed to us, it is a very friendly community. It is nice to go on holidays to know our unit is very secure. Any maintenance needed is attended to promptly and the gardens are beautifully kept.
Best decision we have made!”

“As a newcomer to Torquay from Northern Victoria, applying for a unit at the Lions Village was a very good decision. Not knowing anyone in Torquay, I was very touched by the warm friendliness of the residents, the support of the management, the caretaker and the care of the Lions Club of Torquay members for the welfare of residents.

The Lions Village is relatively small (a great asset), in a quiet cul-de-sac near the Torquay town centre. The units are very well designed and appointed and the township of Torquay has a friendly atmosphere. It is a very pleasant and beautiful area in which to live.”
